CT Security Consultants deliver a bespoke service, beyond expectation, to meet challenging, diverse and dynamic situations. Services include:

Confidentiality
Confidentiality of information gained in the process of consultation is paramount. The client can be confident no information will be disclosed to a third party without express permission.

Risk Management
CT Security Consultants will provide development of a security framework based on threat and vulnerability, which identifies key elements in reducing the risk to assets.

Technical Security Audit
Assessments can be undertaken on the effectiveness and relevance of existing physical, electronic and procedural measures, with recommendations for enhancement to ensure a financially reasonable, appropriate and proportionate response is achieved. A comprehensive report, including photographs, will be provided, highlighting any deficiencies found, accompanied by justification, recommendations and advice for remedial works. We will provide a presentation and opportunity for examination on the Operational Requirement to Board Level Management if required.

Operational Requirement
In co-operation with the client we develop a detailed and documented Operational Requirement, bespoke to the security needs for the site or company network based on the scientific approach developed and used by the Home Office of the UK Government.

Performance Specification
Development of a performance specification document in co-operation with the client to meet the Operational Requirement objectives and ensure that the recommended system performance is achieved.

Technical Review of Tender Document and Project Management
Ensure tenders comply with the client’s Operational Requirement and Performance Specification. If required, Project Management can be provided on all aspects of security enhancement.

Comprehensive Service Provision
All security aspects impacting upon the client operating within a secure and financially sound environment will be advised, with options for contingency and business continuity planning provided by CT Security Consultants and decided by the client management.

Commissioning and Performance Testing
CT Security Consultants will provide commissioning and performance testing for CCTV and perimeter intruder detection systems using the standard Rotakin test target developed by the Home Office.
